Absolutely. While I’m comfortable leading, mentoring and building teams and have held leadership roles (including CPO), I’m still deeply hands-on when needed. From shaping product strategy through to crafting high-fidelity UI, motion, and prototyping. I work fast, explore boldly, and love pushing visuals to delight and differentiate.
Typically digital products in the PropTech, FinTech and HealthTech spaces - often from zero to one. I’ve worked across consumer and B2B products, in multiple sectors. I specialize in launching MVPs, then iterating rapidly with real data and user feedback. Previous roles have also included phyical products from interior and space design to consumer and merchandise too.
For me, it’s not enough to just remove friction; great design should enrich the experience. “Moments of joy” can come from something as simple as submitting a form that feels seamless, or as profound as finding out your property sale has completed. I focus on the emotional context of each user interaction and design for betterment - not just usability. That’s how products become memorable, trusted, and loved.
Whether I'm leading a team or delivering as an IC, it's always lean, collaborative, and impact-driven. I move from idea and insight to prototype quickly, validating ideas early and pushing visuals as far as they’ll go. I’m confident working across ambiguous briefs and thrive on tight loops between design, engineering, and product.
I’m currently based just outside Lisbon in Portugal (on GMT time) and have worked remotely for over five years - both asynchronously and in agile cross-functional teams. I’m proactive with communication, thoughtful in documentation, and comfortable spanning multi time zone projects.
